Martin Cohen is passionate about sharing his Real Estate knowledge and experiences with others. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Eastern Michigan University and has been practicing Real Estate in South Florida since 1992. His personal mission statement is “To meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the people I meet in a meaningful and caring way.”

Marty has been a public speaker for more than 50 years. He has been a featured speaker for audiences as large as over 3,000 attendees. He is well known for
delivering an understandable message with a fun and humorous style - a talent he developed as a stand-up comic in the Catskill Mountain resorts.

In addition to being among a select group as a Licensed Real Estate Instructor, Marty is a Licensed Real Estate Broker as well. His varied experience as a top producing agent, Senior member of a $23 Million production team, Mentor, Coach, Trainer and Real Estate Consultant allows him to bring the best of the cultures of Prudential, ERA, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and RE/MAX to the classroom experience.

Marty has developed more than two dozen practical classes for Real Estate associates, from “Time Management” and “Creating a Business Plan” to “ Accountable Customer Service” and “Listing Sellers and Buyers-A Consultative Approach”,  which he has taught at Real Estate offices internationally.
